Our Support Portal has been updated to include Multi-Factor Authentication using Okta.
This means that if you are currently using Illumio Portal (portal.illumio.com) as your login, then you are eligible to utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). For detailed instructions on how to enroll, please consult the KB article Multi-Factor Authentication on Illumio Portal.
Please note that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is not available to users who access Illumio Portal through a third-party Identity Provider (IdP) such as Illumio PCE Login Server (login.illum.io), customer-owned IdPs, or Illumio Employee Okta.
