    Why do I have an Application discovered with deployment "empty" and 0 resources attached ?

    This "No Deployment" also generated confusing filtering for policies, since I don't have any resources tied to "No deployment"image.png 

    All my resources are discovered from Azure and they are labeled with at least Application & Env tag.
